I’m Carol…
…a Catholic wife, mother, Grandmother, and a parishioner at Immaculate Conception Parish in Dardenne Prairie, MO. I taught kindergarden for 30 years and am happily retired. I enjoy traveling, reading, baking, dancing, outdoor activities, spending time with my husband Bob, playing with our grandchildren, and volunteering in and outside of the church community.
How it All Started
As an elementary school teacher, I would often be asked to write a personal message in a student’s “memory” book at the end of a school year. I thought this was a great idea, but one day I thought, “As a Catholic, shouldn’t we also do this with each of our Sacraments?” Our wonderful gifts from God?
So in 2012, the Lord placed on my heart the idea for this book. Like most callings from God, I had no idea where this would lead, but this book is the result of much effort, but even more prayer.
